Yesterday she had a very busy day with mom running around town and meeting people and then yesterday evening she went through a bit of a teething stint or something... she ran a fever and had some major discomfort, but we got over it and went to bed around 9:30 (so about an hour later than normal).
Today we had a nice morning - staying awake during all of mass and not making a PEEP! She even went up for communion with Mom - the first time she's done that awake. We had a nice lunch with the fam at HyVee and then spent the day together hanging out.
This evening we had some fun, getting dressed up in our monkey suit and posing with our monkeys. The monkey suit is a 0-3 and barely fit her at Halloween, so yeah, we were really pushing it to get her in there today! She did brilliantly (see pic below).
Then we got super giggly and dad was able to catch it on video.
Nice way to end the weekend, but yuck, now we have to start the work week again!
